All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment; orders are subject to verification and product availability.
Shipping times are estimates only. J's 3D Printing LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund at our discretion.
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace your order.
You retain ownership of any designs you provide for custom printing. By submitting a design, you grant J's 3D Printing LLC a limited license to print the design solely for fulfilling your order.
All designs, trademarks, and content created by J's 3D Printing LLC are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
We will not print designs that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. By submitting a design, you warrant that you have the right to use it.
Membership subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are provided for partial periods.
Benefits are subject to change with 30 days notice. Current benefits include discounts, free shipping thresholds, and exclusive product access as described on the membership page.
J's 3D Printing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the state of Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
