Yes! You can change your membership tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
VIP members get one free print per month (up to $25 value). Just add any product to cart, and your VIP discount will apply automatically. Any excess over $25 is your responsibility.
Member discounts apply to regular-priced items. During sales, you'll get the better of the sale price or your member discount (not both).
If you're not happy with your membership, contact us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are provided, but you can cancel anytime.
