Yes! We offer custom design services. Send us your idea, sketch, or existing file, and we'll provide a quote. Custom designs typically add 1-3 days to production time depending on complexity.

Yes! We have over 50 filament colors available. If a color isn't listed on the product page, contact us and we'll check availability. Custom colors may add 1-2 days to production time.
A lithophane is a 3D printed image that reveals detail when backlit. When viewed in normal light, it appears as a textured surface. When light shines through it, your photo appears in stunning detail. Check out our Lithophane Service to create one from your own photo.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of 3D printed products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll replace it or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Take photos of the damaged package and product
Contact us within 48 hours
We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement
Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
